This is a great place to stay with a group of friends, the location is great and affordable to just uber everywhere if you don’t want to drive or find parking (which is expensive in Nashville) the recommendations given to us, specifically Redheaded Stranger were absolutely amazing, the house is very cute and easy to decorate and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds! The garage was a plus for us cause we didn’t have to worry about our cars while being there. Overall, it’s a great find, had a lot of kitchen supplies to make food while we stayed and the rooftop views were a must for photos!

Jake made the process so easy from start to finish.  His communication was top notch, even for the little things.  He checked with his cleaning crew to make sure the linens weren't washed in tide, due to an alergy, and I had a response within minutes.  We had an issue with the water heater and Jake quickly came up with a resolution until they could replace it after our visit.  We were close to downtown Nashville.  The place was clean, beds were comfortable, and plenty of room for our party of 9.  We would definitely rent with him again!  Thanks for the great long weekend!!

Amazing place to stay in Nashville
Positive: This was the most amazing spacious house. It was a great location to all the attractions in Nashville. It sleeps up to 22. It definitely could. Every room was wonderful and unique with queen size bunkbeds or trundles. There were only six of us and we each actually had our own floor.
Negative: We loved everything

The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Very easy check in and communication was exceptional. <br/>We needed sheets for the pull out bed and they dropped them off almost immediately. <br/>The house had everything we needed, and we were close to the New Year’s Eve event . <br/>I was told after our stay , we shouldn’t walk around at night in that area.. however we did and had no problems.<br/>We would definitely return. It was a great experience.

Enjoyed our stay in Hermitage for the holidays. The place was very clean and as described. Having access to the garage was very helpful. The bathrooms are clean and stocked with the basics.  Kitchen has very basic cooking supplies. If you plan to cook, you’ll need to pick up spices and other basic cooking ingredients. Great kitchen with huge island with lots of storage. <br/>Location was very convenient and across from a park. Close to the highway for a quick trip to downtown. <br/>Jake was a great host. Very responsive. <br/>Overall experience and would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Cully’s bnb in Nashville! Cully was responsive, gave clear instructions and gave a ton of awesome local recommendations. The place itself was clean, matched the photos/description and the game room was a cool feature! We felt safe in the area and Uber’s to downtown were easily affordable at $12-$17 for a group of 6. Would definitely stay here again! (PS for my girlies - they provide makeup washcloths that were an added bonus!)

Definitely will be staying with Jake again. Very accommodating and understanding even when I thought I'd have to cancel our family vacation. Plenty of room for all 12 of us! Responded to all questions/concerns promptly. Made our stay seamless even offered late check-out.

This was a great location for a surprise birthday weekend with 16 people & I felt safe in the area! Cully was great at communicating with us when I had to reach out about something and sent someone promptly. The space was perfect for our kids and they really enjoyed the mini golf on the bottom floor. Very family and dog friendly! Will definitely rebook if I ever have a large gathering out in nashville again!

This place was stunning ! I enjoyed how peaceful it was but also an extremely quick and cheap uber to broadway! Each room was spacious and felt cozy inside. Jake was easy to communicate with and even gave great local recommendations. Definitely plan on booking here again!
