Located 10 minutes from downtown, this quiet 2-bedroom and 2.5-bathroom townhouse is the perfect spot for a couple's or family trip! This home can accommodate up to 6 guests. LEVEL TWO The second floor features the living room, sofa bed, kitchen, half bathroom, and washer/dryer. LEVEL THREE The third floor features both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. LEVEL FOUR The fourth level is the rooftop deck with seating, a TV, a grill, mini-golf, and other games. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group. Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s.
