LEVEL TWO The second floor features the living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and our Kid Rock-themed bedroom with a king-sized bed and a rollaway twin bed. The living room has a king-sized sleeper sofa and a foosball table. LEVEL THREE The third level features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and our rooftop patio. Our Alan Jackson-themed bedroom features two full-sized beds. Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom, a single bed, and our Nudie's-themed room, which features four twin beds. Finally, you'll discover our Tootsie's-themed room with an en-suite bathroom, a king-sized bed, and access to the rooftop patio. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
