LEVEL TWO The second floor features a kitchen, living room, full bathroom, and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is no formal dining area, but the kitchen offers a breakfast bar for casual meals. LEVEL THREE The third level features two bedrooms with each featuring two full beds. Additionally, there is a full bedroom and laundry room on this floor. PARKING The attached garage can accommodate two vehicles. We do not provide a garage door opener or shovel snow. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. We also enhance property security with a Ring doorbell. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group. Nestled just west of Downtown, Hermitage provides a suburban feel while offering big-city amenities and maintaining close proximity to the urban core. Hermitage is home to many parks, as well as nearby Percy Priest Lake and Old Hickory Lake.
