The living room couch converts into a full-sized bed. The house is accessible via steps leading to the front door. The backyard is fully fenced, making it ideal for pets. The home also includes a combination washer and dryer unit. Parking is available in the driveway for one vehicle, with additional free street parking available. Guests will have access to the entire home. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
