LEVEL TWO The second level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom to the primary bedroom, which features a king-sized bed, twin futon, and a private balcony. One guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, while the other contains four twin-sized beds. LEVEL THREE The third level features a small lounge area with two twin beds, a foosball table, and a wet bar. Sliding doors lead you to our rooftop, which features a putting green, stunning city views, a gas grill, a gas firepit, and ample seating. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
