The floor layout for each home: LEVEL ONE The first floor features a one-car garage, a living room, a kitchen, and a half-bathroom. LEVEL TWO The second level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom to the primary bedroom LEVEL THREE The third level features a large lounge area with seating and a wet bar. The alcohol shown in the pictures is not included in the rental. The lounge includes a futon. Sliding doors lead you to our rooftop, which features a putting green, stunning city views, and ample seating. **See "where you will sleep" for the specific location and sizes of each of the 9 bedrooms in each of the 3 homes. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.
