LEVEL TWO The second level features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite bathroom to the primary bedroom, which features a king-sized bed and a private balcony. One guest bedroom contains two queen-sized beds while the other contains a king-sized bed. LEVEL THREE The third level features a large lounge area with seating and a wet bar. The lounge includes a seating area plus one futon, one king-sized sleeper sofa, and two twin beds for sleeping. Sliding doors lead you to our rooftop, which features a putting green, gas grill, gas firepit, stunning city views, and ample seating. Guests will have access to the entire home except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group. Located across the Cumberland River from downtown Nashville is the stomping ground of Nashville’s creative class, attracted to the area’s culturally diverse and eclectic vibe and historic homes dating back to the early 1900s.
